How do I cancel my subscription?

Not into it & want to cancel? No hard feelings! You can cancel your subscription from your account dashboard and you can sign up again by reordering a subscription the way you did the first time. Make sure to cancel by Tuesday at 11:59pm if you don’t want your meals to be processed for the following week. Have questions? Use the chat button on our website to get them answered.

How do I skip a week of meals?

Going to be out of town & want to skip a week? You can place your account on hold through your account settings. Go to https://prepeaze.com/my-account/ to log into your account and go to Subscriptions >> Pause. You can reactivate at any time. If you’re having trouble, use the chat button on our website for help.

When will I be charged?

We are subscription based so billing is automatic. Your subscription will be billed every Wednesday morning.

What are the payment methods?

We accept all major credit cards.

How do I suspend my subscription?

Go to https://prepeaze.com/my-account/ to log into your account and go to Subscriptions >> View >> Suspend. You can reactivate at any time. If you’re having trouble, use the chat button on our website for help.

Can I pick up my meals instead of having them delivered?

You can pick up your meals on Mondays, 9am-5pm, at DropKick Brew, 4506 Federal Blvd Suite D, San Diego, CA 92102. Look for the orange door! Your meals will be kept in a refrigerator within the warehouse.

What should I do with the bags and ice?

You can leave them on your doorstep every Sunday and our driver will pick them up.

Can I plan to have my meals arrive on a different day?

At this time we will only deliver on Sundays.

What if I live in a gated community?

There are a few options:

1. If you have a buzzer code for your building you can provide us with that so the driver can leave the box in your lobby or at your door. You can tell us your code on the order note section of our checkout page while placing your order.

2. You can come meet your driver when they arrive.

How do I get notified about delivery?

You will get a text on Sunday with an estimated window of delivery. Our drivers will first knock on your door. If no one answers, they will leave the meals at your doorstep.
