When will my delivery arrive?
Deliveries are made every Sunday between 3pm-8pm. Be sure to e-mail us for any unusual circumstances and we will try to accommodate!
Where do you deliver?
We deliver to your home or office in San Diego County. If your address is showing as outside of our range when checking out, give us a call because we might be able to deliver to you! 619.972.0198
What is the cost for delivery?
Delivery is $10 within Greater San Diego County. You are also able to pick up your meals for free on Mondays at DropKick Brew, 4506 Federal Blvd Suite D, San Diego, CA 92102.
What is the deadline to order my meals?
The deadline for new orders is Thursday at 5pm PT. If you are a current subscriber, your recurring subscription will process on Wednesday mornings.
Are the ingredients organic?
We use organic products whenever possible and use only fresh ingredients.
Do you use any preservatives?
No, all of our food is cooked fresh to order. We receive shipments of fresh ingredients on a daily basis.
What’s the shelf life for meals?
Meals are to be kept refrigerated to maintain freshness for up to 7 days following delivery. Three days for fish meals.
How do I know what I’m eating?
If for any reason any meal doesn’t come with a label, you can check our Menu Page for the menu of the week to find the information you need. Please email us at [email protected] or use the chat on our website if you have any questions.
How often will I get meals?
You will receive your meals weekly! We begin delivering meals Sunday evening. Pickups are available on Monday 10am-5pm at DropKick Brew, 4506 Federal Blvd Suite D, San Diego, CA 92102.
What if I do not want a certain dish?
The menu for the following week is updated on https://prepeaze.com/menu/ and emailed to subscribers and customers on Mondays. All menu selections need to be received by Wednesday 12pm PT to be ready for delivery or pickup on Sunday and Monday. When you check out, please note your preferences.
