Chicken Piccata with Penne

Chicken breast, lightly dredged in our house Italian seasoning and pan fried in butter and olive oil, served on bed of al dente penne, drizzled with a tangy lemon-butter capper pan sauce, with roasted seasonal veggies and parmesan cheese on the side.
